Shadcn Labs

These terms cover your use of shadcn-labs.com and any sponsorship you buy from Shadcn Labs ("we", "us"), operated by Aniket Pawar. By using the site or subscribing to a sponsorship tier, you agree to them.

Open-source projects

Our registries, templates, and ports are free and open source. Each project is governed by the license in its own repository, not by these terms, and is provided "as is" without warranty.

Merchant of record

Sponsorships are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments processes your payment, collects applicable sales tax or VAT, issues your invoices, and appears on your statement. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments' own terms. We never see or store your full card details.

Sponsorships

• Each tier is a monthly subscription billed in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown on the sponsors page when you subscribe. It renews every month until you cancel.
• The perks for each tier are listed on the sponsors page. We deliver placements as soon as we have your logo, link, and name, usually within a few business days of payment.
• Placement order within a tier, logo size, and layout are at our discretion and may change as the sites change.
• We may change tier prices or perks for future billing periods. We will tell active sponsors by email before a change applies to them.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the logo, name, and link you send us, and you allow us to display them across our sites, repositories, and social posts for the length of your sponsorship. We may decline or remove any sponsor or content that is illegal, misleading, malicious, or harmful to our community.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, abuse the contact form, or access data you are not entitled to.

Liability

The site and sponsorships are provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific traffic, clicks, or conversions; audience analytics show past traffic only. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site or keeping an active sponsorship after a change means you accept it.
